What We Do With Your Data

The data you provide is processed by GRMT staff in the UK, USA and Bangladesh. This information is securely located on computers and backup devices, and in some case on hard copy files. How long we keep your data for?

Our policy is to delete medical and dietary details held once at least two years has elapsed from the last course or activity attended. The reasons for this include child protection and requests that may be made by students for references. Details of parents, guardians, teachers and supporters are retained for as long as deemed to be relevant or necessary. Concert programmes and similar documents are also retained for archive purposes. If you use your credit or debit card to purchase from us or to make a donation we will ensure that this is carried out securely. Our card payments are processed by third parties who are accredited with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We do not store your card details.
